Description: Typographic model representing the development of Mount Gillard. CNC milled lots, and vinyl masking show the stages and future development with in the project site. Key features also highlighted such as a water tower and feature trees. Custum made labels reflect the marketing materail within the sale suite. Alot of attention has been made to reflect the surroding green areas and water ways which was important on this project.
