DA Models
DA models are used solely as a tool to help with DA approval from councils.
SCALE: DA Models are predominantly 1:500
DETAIL & CONTEXT: Feature buildings, roads, block buildings, landscaping elements and water features
Models within the scope of the Sydney City Council Masterplan model are made to required specifications as set out by Marc Werner (Senior Modelmaker SCC) and SCC Town Planners.
As different councils have different requirements regarding specifications for scale, context and size etc, consultation is recommended.
